If the piece was bought from a reputable site, using quality materials, we can resize rings and other pieces – no problem.
Unfortunately, there are times when the jewellery is not only made of out sub-standard materials, but sometimes is entirely different to what was ordered.
Some jewellery has even been damaged in transit.
We pride ourselves on our customer service, the ability to connect with a customer and really get into the nitty-gritty of how each piece is made.
Comparing different items to different skin tones and entering into the excitement of selecting the perfect gift, is part of our journey with customers.
And if a gift is not quite right, all the recipient need do is pop in-store to have it resized, or select something else, more to their taste.
Something that is very hard to do from a computer screen.
Nothing can replace trying on a piece, backed up with quality advice from an expert who really is right there. A virtual assistant just can’t give the same service.
